Heartfelt letters, encapsulating your thoughts and feelings are locked away in a box or chest to be revealed the following year on your anniversary.

Anniversary Box Ceremony

{BRIDE and GROOM have chosen as a couple to perform an Anniversary Box ceremony.

This box contains a love letter from each to the other.

The letters describe the good qualities they find in one another, the reasons they fell in love, and their reasons for choosing to marry.

The letters are sealed in individual envelopes and they have not seen what the other has written.

You have created your very own “romantic” time capsule to be opened on your wedding anniversary.

I recommend that you keep the box in a place of honor prominently displayed in your home as a constant reminder of your commitment to each other.

On your One Year Anniversary you are to go to this box and open it, Read the letters that you had written to each other for your 1st anniversary.  And then you can place the letters back in the box along with any other letters and cards, cherished photos and so forth,  that you given each other throughout the year...  This box or chest will now be a special place to keep all your treasured moments in....
